Juiceman Jr. JM400 really caught my eye although there were lots of other models like Juiceman II and Juiceman Pro to choose from then. The first sight of its Chrome-plated housing design just gave me a neat, compact and stout feeling. Usually I trust my first feeling when it comes to shopping. And most of the time my feeling did not let me down though. And it is no exception too this time. As a matter of fact, I am quite satisfied with its performance so far.

First I would like to give you a brief introduction to its features. The Juiceman Jr. JM400 is an electric juicer of 700-watt, which features large feed chute and two speed settings options. The two speed settings, high speed and low speed, are designed for the different vegetables and fruits. You are recommended using high speed setting to squeeze harder vegetables and fruits like beets, carrots and apples while using low speed setting in softer vegetables and fruits like berries, lettuce and grapes. The benefits of this design are obvious that it can treat different raw material separately to fully make use of them. This model includes also a stainless-steel permanent-mesh filter and filter basket. For the sake of safety, it also comes with a safety interlock switch just in case something wrong happens and cause injury. You can also notice that this model pay attention to many details as well, such as Chrome-plated housing, see-through lid, removable pulp container and non-skid rubber feet. It offers a 3/4 quart juice jug to store the juice and a handy filter-cleaning brush, with which it is easy to clean the filter if you run it under hot water while cleaning. And it measures approximately 14-1/2 by 10 by 18 inches. The cleaning is always the most daunting part of juicing. However, Juiceman Jr. JM400 has it own features to make cleaning easier. First it is a centrifugal juicer, which makes it easier to take apart, clean and set up compared to single gear, twin gear and masticating style juicers. In addition, this model is designed with very few parts, which are all dishwasher safe and you can remove and reassemble them without sweat. What’s more, this kind of design is convenient to disassemble when something wrong happened. After the examination, the Juiceman Jr parts that are not working properly will be located and replaced very easily. And you can do the repairing job too even though you haven’t received any professional training experience.

The more I use Juiceman Jr. JM400, the more I found that it is worth the money I paid for. Honestly I feel I can not ask more than now from a fruit and vegetable juicer at such a decent price. I would highly recommend Juiceman Jr. JM400 if you are planning to purchase one. After consuming vegetable and fruit juice since I bought it home, I can feel the benefits it gave to me each day.
