Juicing recipes are of vital importance if you want to make not only delicious but also healthy juices. Excellent free juicing recipe here for you.

After I kept failing to make myself a cup of delicious fresh fruit juice no matter how hard I tried and how many ways I could think of by myself, I came to realize the importance of good juicing recipes. This happened nearly one month later after I bought home a Juiceman Jr juicer. If you are a new Juiceman juicer buyer, no matter it is a Juiceman II or Juiceman Pro, I don’t think you can really escape the same awful experience either like I did. If you ask me that what is the secret to make delicious vegetable juice as quickly as possible? According to my personal experience, a good juicing recipe is of vital importance.

Generally there are two main types of juices recipes – vegetable juice recipes and fruit juice recipes. Now I would like to introduce some free juicing recipes as follows, which I think are tasted and healthy.

Juicing recipes I would like to share

Grape juice recipe

Ingredients: 300 grams of grapes, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey.
Method: Wash and peel grapes, put them into the juicer, and then add honey and lemon juice to mix them up. After blend them well, filter the juice to a cup.
Benefits: Grapes is a good nourishing fruit, which contain vitamins A, B1, B2, C, etc. However, due to high sugar content, it should be taken with appropriate amount. In particular for those persons with constipation, they should be careful when using these juicing recipes.

Carrot juice recipe

Ingredients: 4 carrots and 2 large apples. Or 1 apple, 1/2 carrot, 150 grams of milk, and a little bit of honey.
Method: Clean the carrot and keep the organic leaves on top. Wash the apple. Extract the juice separately. After all is done, mix, stir, and drink them immediately.
Benefits: It contains β-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, pectin, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. In addition, it also has vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6 and vitamin E, copper, iron, and zinc. Carrots and apple are not only delicious but also one of the best detoxification agents and body supplements you can find. Tomato juice recipe

Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 1 tsp honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of fructose.
Method: Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, and then drop them into a blender. Subsequently add 1/3 cup of cold water, lemon juice, honey, and fructose. Blend them well and filter. OK everything is done and ready to serve.

Beet juice recipes

Ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 2 small beet roots, and two celery.

Orange juice recipe

Ingredients: 2 oranges and 3 carrots.
Method: Peel the oranges and clean the carrots. Drink them right after they are made. If it is too sweet to you, add some mint leaves.
Benefits: It is full of β-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin C, folate, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. What’s more, it contains also other B vitamins, vitamin E, and zinc. This orange juice has powerful anti-oxidant effect. Carrot can balance the acid in the orange. These type of juicing recipes clean the body, improve physical energy, diminish inflammation, and promote cell regeneration.

Apple juice recipes

Ingredients: 1 cm of ginger root, 1/2 apple, 1/3 pineapple.
Method: Peel the ginger and pineapple, wash the apples, and then cut them into small pieces. Extract juice from ginger root, apple and pineapple separately. Mix them up and stir them till bubble occurs. Drink them immediately after it is done.
Benefits: Fresh ginger has a strong stimulating effect to the circulatory system while it can ease the symptoms like such as nausea and dysmenorrhea. Pineapple plays a very good role on cleaning the body and it is a fruit that can be used to treat diseases. Apple is also a very good body cleanser and tonic. Therefore, these types of mixed juicing recipes contain a lot of juice tonic, which will do well to you if you feel bad about your body.

Purchasing raw materials

Once determine the juice extractor recipes you would like to use, it is better to buy fresh fruit and always stay away from over-ripened fruit. If possible, choose organic fruits and vegetables. If not, peel them before use.

Cutting fruits and vegetables

In general, vegetables need to be washed and cut into sections. For root vegetables like carrots and potatoes, they need to be peeled beforehand. Juicy fruits like citrus, lemon, pineapple, kiwi fruit need to be peeled and cut. Others like apples, plums and grapes can be used for juicing without peeled.
